Project Manager, Global Corporate Development The Global Corporate Development Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions. We are seeking a Hybrid Project Manager to support M&A related projects from conception through integration. Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM ET with three in‑office days and two remote workdays per week. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and monitoring of M&A‑related projects to align with corporate growth objectives. Serve as liaison between Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Operations, and external advisors. Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and raise critical issues to senior leadership. Prepare dashboards, progress reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement through best practices and AI‑enabled tools for workflow automation. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, decisions, and lessons learned. Assist in post‑deal integration planning and execution to ensure operational readiness and synergy realization. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Corporate Development, or Consulting. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or finance. Experience utilizing AI‑enabled project management tools for overseeing project delivery processes. High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Additional Job Standards & Skills Comfortable interacting at senior levels in a high‑visibility role. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Highly dependable, adaptable, and independent. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines. Understanding of broader corporate strategy and ability to align project objectives. Skill in influencing and stakeholder engagement. Ability to guide teams through organizational changes from acquisitions or divestitures.
