Step into an impactful opportunity supporting K-6 students as a full-time SLP for the 26/27 school year. You'll work 35 hours per week in a dynamic school environment, providing essential speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 50-60 students. This contract role places you at the heart of student progress, empowering young learners to communicate confidently and reach their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license for the state of Michigan is required
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working with K-6th students preferred in school settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, supportive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education programs (IEPs) collaboratively with educators and families
• Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy and interventions, both individually and in groups
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation for student progress, compliance, and reporting
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Offer consultation and strategies for classroom accommodations/modifications as needed
