Insurance Sales Professional

Our client, a local insurance company in the Marlton area is looking for an insurance sales professional. It is a meaningful career with a local feel but has national support. Looking for someone who can offer sales and customer service, cross selling to current customers, someone positive, capable, with a can do attitude. Prospect and build long-term, strong relationships in the local community. Leverage insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase understanding and value of insurance options.

Salary: $50K+ with commissions (can make $80K+); will pay up to $60K base with licenses and industry experience

Benefits: PTO, retirement plan with a match, voluntary benefits (employee paid)

Schedule - M-Th 8:30 to 5 and F 8:30 to 4:30 - ability to be hybrid once trained

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources.
• Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs.
• Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life's uncertainties.
• Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.
• Provide a positive customer experience.

Job qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!).
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor
