Job Description
NextShining is seeking a personable and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team in New York, NY.
In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact for our clients, helping answer questions, provide information, resolve concerns, and ensure each interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop valuable skills in client relations, communication, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and customers
- Respond to client questions and provide accurate information about services
- Assist with resolving general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure client needs are addressed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requests
- Follow up with clients when necessary to ensure satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience
- Support daily client service and administrative operations
- Represent NextShining with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude
