We are seeking a proactive and meticulous professional to take charge of our facility's sanitation and aesthetic standards. In this dynamic role, you will perform detailed cleaning protocols (from floor care to surface polishing), maintain impeccable restroom conditions, and manage essential supply inventory. Effective collaboration with team members to ensure seamless resource management and a pristine, safe atmosphere is key. Salary: $18 - $19 per hour Shift: Third Work Hours: 12 AM - 8 AM Education: High School Responsibilities Elevated Floor and Surface Care: Execute meticulous, detailed cleaning protocols, including advanced sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized carpet care. Maintain all surfaces, including high-touch glass and polished furniture, to a showroom standard. Comprehensive Facility Sanitation: Manage and maintain all restroom facilities with a rigorous focus on sanitation, deep cleaning, and presentation. Adept Inventory and Supply Stewardship: Assume responsibility for the continuous availability and organized storage of all cleaning and maintenance supplies. Proactive and Strategic Procurement: Maintain diligent and continuous communication with the management and procurement team to accurately forecast inventory levels. Operational Readiness and Safety: Maintain a clutter‑free, compliant, and professional facilities environment. Essential Functions Work in a smoke‑free environment. Wear steel‑toe shoes. Work in a non‑temperature controlled environment. Manual lifting up to 50 lbs. Stand for 8 hours at one time. Work up to 8 hrs of overtime per week. Work weekends.
