Post Repossession Admin - Remote

Job Overview We are a leader in the Repossession industry and are seeking a detail oriented, driven Post Repossession Administrator to join our team. This remote position involves administering assignments from clients/lenders, processing the assignments, completing service documentation, and releasing lender assets upon service completion. Candidates will manage a high volume of client/agent requests and work within multiple systems. Responsibilities Administer acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders Process assignments and completion of services Release lender assets upon execution of service Handle and resolve client/agent requests while managing high call volume Work within a high multi-tasking environment and across multiple systems Utilize client/lender databases to execute specific lender requirements Work within up to 15 different tabs across multiple screens Exhibit excellent customer service, communication, and independent work skills Track vehicle release and auction pick up Own work to completion and follow through on responsibilities Qualifications Minimum 1 year of remote work experience Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Minimum 40 wpm typing speed Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely Preferred: 1 year of experience in the repossession industry or related automotive/collection sector Benefits Incentive bonus plans Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match 10 paid holidays Generous paid time off packages Employee stock purchase plan Paid parental and family leave And more Salary Target base salary range: $41,600 to $43,680 USD EEO Statement Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
