Post-Bar Clerk/Associate

Modern Family Law , a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking 3Ls graduating in December and sitting for the February 2026 Bar exam , or graduating in May and sitting for the July 2026 Bar exam , to become Post-Bar Law Clerks/Associates in Colorado . This role is hybrid, but you must sit for the Bar, and plan to reside, in the state you are applying to. Program Details: Post-Bar Law Clerks at Modern Family Law will join the firm after sitting for the Bar exam, and receive training and mentorship from our devoted Learning & Development team in preparation for their transition to an Associate Attorney after successful passage of the bar. Competitive salary starting at: $66,560 (clerk) or $110,000 (associate). This salary is a reasonably reliable estimate that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors permitted by law . Juris Doctorate completed by 2026 Completion of the State Bar Exam in February 2026 OR July 2026 Experience in Family Law Clinics is a plus. Mock Trial experience is a plus.
