Senior Account Executive
Redgate's most strategic customers the top 5% by revenue need more than a point of contact. They need a trusted partner who understands their business deeply and can help them get the most from Redgate's solutions over the long term. This role exists to own and grow those relationships, protecting and expanding ARR in accounts where the stakes are high and the impact is real.

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on Redgate's most important accounts. You'll own a defined portfolio of key customers building deep relationships, understanding their business challenges, and positioning Redgate's solutions to deliver genuine value across their organization. It's a role that rewards strategic thinking as much as sales execution.
- Own and grow ARR across a portfolio of top-tier accounts through strategic account planning and execution
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders (VP and above), becoming a go-to partner for their data and database challenges
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through to close, including six-figure deals
- Stay sharp on the competitive landscape and use that knowledge to position Redgate effectively
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver a joined-up experience for your accounts
Proven experience in a quota-carrying technical sales role, with a track record of closing complex deals. Experience managing enterprise accounts with 1,000+ employees and navigating multiple stakeholders. Comfortable engaging at senior executive level you can hold a strategic conversation as confidently as a commercial one. Strong collaboration skills you work well across functions and bring people with you. Genuine curiosity about technology and a growth mindset you want to keep getting better.
Salary range: $200,000 $250,000 OTE + Annual Company Bonus Scheme. Hybrid working: home and Pasadena office (2 days onsite). Monthly wellbeing allowance and generous paid time off.
