Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not always required)
• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
