About the Role We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Apparel Production Coordinator to join our growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in apparel production who can hit the ground running, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will be a key point of contact between our brand and our vendor network — managing timelines, quality, and communication across the full production lifecycle. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end apparel production across screen printing, embroidery, and other embellishment processes Coordinate with domestic and overseas vendors including print shops, blank garment suppliers, and factories Track inventory levels, purchase orders, and production timelines using Excel and internal systems Communicate proactively with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met Oversee domestic and international freight shipping, including coordination of commercial shipments Maintain organized production records and provide regular status updates to the team Adapt quickly to last-minute projects and shifting priorities, sometimes with 48-hour turnaround requirements Identify and flag potential production issues before they impact timelines Qualifications required 2–3 years of experience in apparel production or a related role Strong understanding of the full garment production lifecycle Hands-on knowledge of screen printing, embroidery, and other embellishment techniques Familiarity with commercial freight shipping, both domestic and international Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with inventory tracking systems a plus Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and execute under tight deadlines with minimal oversight Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of the hockey industry or licensed sports merchandise is a strong plus What We Offer Salary range: $62,000 - $66,000 A collaborative, creative work environment in Costa Mesa, CA Opportunity to grow with an exciting and expanding brand A team that values initiative, ownership, and a get-it-done attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr Violent Gentlemen
