At Wayside Market we take pride in our customers' bragging rights. Family owned and operated, we're a father-daughter duo crafting custom butcher cuts to order. We're an old-world market and old school NY style deli located among the vineyards and salt water on the North Fork of Long Island, New York. We offer only the best quality home-made, hearty food, and USDA prime-aged craft butcher cuts. We've been in business for over 50 years, the first deli on the North Fork and the longest lasting butcher in the area. We're your personal farm-to-table all-American craft butcher.
