Are you a motivated healthcare professional with a passion for building relationships, driving census growth, and helping patients transition seamlessly into post-acute care? We are seeking an experienced Admissions Director to join our skilled nursing facility team.

The Admissions Director is responsible for managing the admissions process, developing referral relationships, and ensuring a smooth transition for residents entering our facility. This role serves as a key liaison between hospitals, healthcare providers, residents, families, and our interdisciplinary team.

• Coordinate and oversee all admissions and referral activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and community organizations.
• Evaluate referrals for clinical and financial appropriateness.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families.
• Facilitate a seamless admission process from referral through admission.
• Monitor census trends and implement strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Collaborate with clinical, business office, and leadership teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives.

• Experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, case management, or skilled nursing preferred, minimum of 2 years experience 
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and insurance authorization processes.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and admissions systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on experience.
