The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven, relationship-first sales professional to lead new business development for Elevate Jet. As a Sales Executive, you won't be selling seats on a plane. You'll be selling trust, precision, and peace of mind to the individuals and corporations who can't afford to get travel wrong. If you thrive on building relationships from the ground up, love the chase of a qualified lead, and want to represent a brand with a nearly 30-year reputation for getting it right, this is your seat at the table.

You'll bring a consultative approach to prospecting and educating both direct clients and third-party resellers, growing revenue through Charter, Membership, Corporate Shuttle, VIP, and executive jet services. This is a direct-to-client sales role, not wholesale charter brokering, giving you the opportunity to build lasting relationships rather than transactional ones.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and call on new potential accounts, setting client visits and educating third-party resellers on Elevate Jet's full suite of products and services
• Discover, cultivate, and convert pre-qualified leads across multiple databases into long-term clients
• Build compelling proposals, quotes, and bids that win trip contracts
• Represent Elevate Jet at industry tradeshows, following up on generated leads and nurturing existing accounts
• Serve as an ambassador for the Elevate Jet brand, helping shape the culture and reputation that sets us apart

Requirements

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of aviation industry experience (required)
• PLUS 4-7 years of hospitality and sales experience (preferred)
• CRM experience, ideally with HubSpot
• Sharp organizational skills and the drive to pursue both inside and outside sales strategies
• Comfort managing a demanding, high-end client base with discretion and professionalism
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Compensation: Base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience, plus commission eligibility

Schedule & Travel

Standard business hours apply, with flexibility expected for client needs. This role includes up to 25% domestic travel to meet with prospective and current clients face to face.
