The goal is to understand how the prospect currently approaches growth, where opportunities or obstacles exist, and whether Upsender has an appropriate solution.Responsibilities include:Conduct thoughtful discovery conversations with prospective customersAsk diagnostic questions about products, systems, customer engagement, and revenue objectivesRecognize opportunities related to segmentation, automation, retention, reactivation, engagement, and monetizationDetermine whether software, managed services, or a customized engagement is the best matchPresent recommendations, pricing, and available service options clearlyAddress questions and objections professionally without unnecessary pressureMove qualified prospects toward a decision when there is a genuine fitFollow up with prospects who require additional timeKeep pipeline information and sales records accurateProvide useful feedback that can strengthen the sales processSubmit recorded calls for coaching and reviewApply coaching and feedback to improve future conversationsBackgrounds That May Be a Strong FitCandidates may come from B2B services, software, marketing, consulting, business development, account executive positions, remote closing, or other environments involving high-value consultative sales.The strongest fit will be someone comfortable leading remote conversations, discovering the underlying business problem before presenting a solution, navigating objections, following up consistently, and taking personal responsibility for performance.Sales Training and SupportUpsender's sales process includes a customized sales framework and closer script, product and industry training, case studies and supporting materials, recorded-call reviews, weekly advanced closer coaching, and access to company leadership.The approach is based on diagnosing the prospect's real situation first.
