SHIFT: NIGHTS - 7P-7A - EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
NO CALL
GUARANTEED HOURS ARE 72 BIWEEKLY - NO 48 HOUR

FLOATING MAY BE REQUIRED
NO BLOCK SCHEDULING

REQUIREMENTS:
RN LICENSURE
BLS, ACLS (COMPLETE ALL ALC MODULES)
TOTAL PATIENT CARE
1 YEAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
BEDS - 31
PATIENT RATIO - 1:4 - 1:6
SCRUBS - ROYAL BLUE
EMR - CERNER

TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFORMATION OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED
MUST INCLUDE PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS AND SS# ON THE SUBMISSION
MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY
