Our Professional Services team plays a key role in transforming technology into real-world outcomes. We work closely with customers throughout the implementation journey, ensuring not only successful system go-lives, but meaningful and lasting improvements in how care is delivered.

This is a customer-facing, delivery-focused role where you will provide expert implementation and workflow consulting services across healthcare environments. You will work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to configure, implement, and optimise Altera solutions, ensuring successful adoption and alignment with customer needs.

This role is best suited to a seasoned healthcare professional with strong clinical or hospital-based experience who is looking to transition into or expand within healthcare technology implementation. You will be supported in developing product and implementation methodology expertise, while bringing valuable real-world clinical insight to customer engagements.

The role reports into regional Professional Services leadership and works closely with global delivery teams, including key stakeholders across Singapore and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Delivery

• Deliver end-to-end implementation activities in line with Altera's implementation methodology
• Configure systems and support solution deployment across multiple clinical and operational domains
• Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions
• Provide go-live and activation support as required

Clinical Workflow & Consulting

• Apply strong clinical or hospital-based experience to advise on workflow design and optimisation
• Translate customer requirements into practical system configurations and solutions
• Support issue resolution and escalation during implementation phases
• Set clear expectations with clients throughout the project lifecycle

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
• Lead and support client-facing sessions requiring strong communication and professional presence
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure alignment across project phases

Delivery & Quality

• Execute assigned project tasks to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes and methodologies
• Provide feedback to internal teams on product and delivery enhancements

Key Skills & Experience

Essential

• Minimum 5+ years (ideally 7–8+ years) clinical experience in a hospital environment
• Background as a clinician (e.g. nurse, pharmacist, allied health professional, or similar generalist hospital experience)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work professionally in client-facing environments
• Experience working across multiple hospital departments or clinical areas (generalist exposure preferred)
• Ability to remain patient, structured, and solution-focused in complex environments
• Strong ability to learn new systems and adapt to healthcare technology environments

Desirable

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Exposure to healthcare IT implementations or clinical systems
• Familiarity with Altera solutions or similar healthcare platforms
• Prior experience in workflow redesign or clinical transformation initiatives

Location & Travel

• Hybrid working model, with encouragement to work from office where possible
• Occasional travel required (typically a few times per year, depending on client location)
• Some client proximity travel may be required depending on project assignment
