Job Description and Duties This position is eligible to telework up to two (2) days a week in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy and will be required to report to the office as needed or required, subject to operational needs. Under the administrative direction of the Assistant State Printer, the Program Manager will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and supporting the administrative functions and planning of the Warehousing and Logistics operations for the Office of State Publishing (OSP). The Program Manager will also serve as a backup for three other Program Managers upon assignment. This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment.
