Vascular Surgeon Opportunity | West Texas | 610K Base Salary

Join a collaborative vascular surgery team within the region's leading healthcare system serving the Permian Basin and West Texas.

Practice: Hospital-employed Vascular Surgery opportunity with an established referral network and immediate patient volume driven by high regional demand. Clinic and hospital are located side-by-side for efficient patient care and workflow, with experienced clinical and administrative support staff.

Schedule: Monday-Friday clinic schedule with structured practice days and a manageable 1:3 call rotation.

Practice Model: Opportunity to build a practice that fits your desired case mix and workload.

Compensation: 610,000 guaranteed base salary with a production incentive opportunity.

Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery, fellowship-trained, and eligible for Texas medical licensure. H-1B visa candidates are welcome to apply.
