About the Opportunity A well-established and busy orthopedic practice is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join its growing team. Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and follow-up visits
- Assist with medical decision-making, data collection, order entry, and documentation
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate ongoing treatment plans
- Perform reassessments, acute visits, and patient follow-ups
- Assist with test monitoring and transition-of-care activities
- Perform therapeutic injections, including trigger point and joint injections
- Maintain timely and accurate medical records
- Serve as a positive role model and team contributor
- Current National Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C)
- Active Texas Physician Assistant License
- Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current AHA CPR/BLS certification
- Orthopedic experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation
- 10 days PTO during the first year, increasing to 15 days on anniversary
- 8 paid holidays annually

- DEA renewal reimbursement
- $2,500 CME reimbursement every two years
- Medical malpractice coverage provided
