Service Desk Analyst

Responsibilities This position will work closely with members of the Technical Services team and other key staff specialists to accomplish successful implementation of the MLS Technology Inc. products and services, including the MLS system Matrix, Realist, Transaction Service, Showing Service, SentriLock, HomesConnect, RPR, New Home Source Pro, Zendesk, mobile websites, apps, and the company website. The role reports to and receives directions from the CTO. Qualifications Minimum software proficiencies: knowledge of Apple/Windows operating systems, various web browsers, Microsoft Office, ability to speak comfortably and explain technology, and at least 2 years of experience with the above technologies. Ability to multitask and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Basic knowledge of phones/mobile devices, Bluetooth, and app downloads is preferred. Employment Type Contract to Hire. Location Tulsa, OK. Pay $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
