The Freight Broker Agent will secure new accounts, expedite the sharing of information and documentation between customers and carriers, and communicate with dispatchers and drivers to track the status of loads. You will negotiate contracts with carriers to optimize profits. The role requires maintaining current knowledge of freight carrier services, attracting new customers, and retaining existing ones. Top applicants are customer‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. This is a goal‑driven, commission‑based position with weekly targets and bonus incentives that can result in a net compensation of $72,000+ per year. The position is home‑based.
