Looking for Personal Injury Paralegal Experience Role Description This full-time, on-site Legal Assistant Paralegal role is based in Clark, NJ. The Legal Assistant Paralegal will support attorneys with day-to-day case management, including preparing and organizing legal documents, maintaining case files, and scheduling meetings and court appearances. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness, and assisting with drafting correspondence, pleadings, and contracts. The role also involves communicating with clients, courts, and external parties, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. The ideal candidate will contribute to a professional, detail-oriented environment and help maintain efficient workflow within the legal team.
