Category Job Type Typical Pay/Range Education Travel Security Clearance Required POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): Position Summary: The Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at Federal Facilities. This individual ensures compliance with contract requirements and efficient use of resources, including personnel, tools, materials, and parts. The Site Supervisor has the authority to commit the Contractor’s labor force and resources as necessary to meet overall O&M responsibilities. Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Direct all O&M support services in accordance with contract requirements and site specifications. Supervise site personnel, assign tasks, and manage the contractor’s labor force for optimum performance. Allocate tools, materials, parts, and other resources to ensure timely, quality delivery of services. Monitor O&M activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and security standards. Communicate effectively with the client and Contractor management regarding project status, issues, and resource needs. Maintain documentation of site activities, personnel records, and resource utilization. Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide leadership during incident resolution. Coordinate with environmental specialists to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices. Working Conditions: Mix of office and field work; may require overtime or emergency response. Physical Requirements: Able to move around facilities as needed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Hold a minimum of an Associate’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent schooling/training/certifications. Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in O&M support services and/or facilities management, including at least 5 years supporting Federal Facilities or operations. Hold a Secret security clearance. Demonstrate ability to manage personnel, allocate resources, and lead site operations. Exhibit strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Have knowledge of environmental, safety, and security regulations relevant to Federal Facilities.
