Troubleshoot and handle basic troubleshooting and fixes for commercial plumbing, electrical, and carpentry needs. Respond promptly to facility maintenance requests to ensure operations run smoothly and safely. Diagnose building issues and determine the most efficient method of repair. Maintain an organized inventory of tools and maintenance supplies in the company vehicle. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Proven experience in commercial facility maintenance, property management maintenance, or a versatile construction/handyman background. Core Skill Sets: Strong working knowledge and basic hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and overall building operations. Communication: Excellent people and communication skills. You will be interacting directly with our valued tenants and customers, helping maintain high service expectations. Requirements: * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required to operate the company vehicle). Ability to work independently, manage your daily schedule, and problem-solve on the fly.
