Forklift Operator / General Laborer – Day Shift

Pay up to $20!! Key Job Requirements (Dealbreakers)

Recent Forklift Experience Required (Dealbreaker)

• Must have solid, recent experience operating a forklift
• Shipping experience is a plus
• Majority of the shift will involve forklift operation, but this is NOT a forklift-only role

Physical Capability (Dealbreaker)

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs as needed (not consistently)
• Comfortable with physical labor, including stacking pallets and handling heavy drums/buckets

Willingness to Perform Manual Tasks (Dealbreaker)

• Will regularly dismount the forklift to perform hands-on, physical tasks
• Do not apply if you only want to sit on a forklift all day

Job Responsibilities

• Count and scan products as they are loaded onto trucks
• Complete bills of lading and related shipping documents
• Place stickers on drums and buckets
• Stack drums/buckets on pallets and wrap skids
• Unload pallets/skids and assist with production line tasks
• Heavy lifting required throughout the day
• Work in non-climate-controlled environment (hot in summer, cold in winter)

Workplace Policies & Dress Code

• No cell phones allowed during work hours (break/lunch only)
• Required attire:
• Jeans or work pants (no shorts or sweatpants)
• Hard-sole work boots required if steel toe boots (STWB) not owned initially

• Candidates should be reliable, hard-working, and comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Team player attitude is critical – tasks are rotated regularly and teamwork is essential
