As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential properties throughout Bartlett, TN.This position typically works Monday - Friday, but there are some Saturday shifts and we have an on-call rotation. If you are on-call, you have the following Monday off. We complete jobs throughout Shelby County and in the surrounding areas.We offer competitive pay up to $40 per hour depending on experience and performance. This position receives great benefits, including paid health insurance, paid life insurance, a 401(k) with a company match, 7 paid holidays, up to 2 weeks of paid vacation time, performance incentives, uniforms, the use of a company vehicle, further training, and company events such as cookouts and trips.
