Qualifications: Customer service skills and ability to process client documents (typing, scanning, printing, and collating). The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with various deadlines. Detail-oriented and always professional under pressure. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Experience: Prior office experience of at least 2-3 years. Previous experience in an accounting or other professional service firm preferred. Clerical and administrative skills in a role supporting multiple managers. Responsibilities: Prepare correspondence Schedule appointments File paperwork and documents A variety of other important administrative tasks Skills: Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
