Nursing Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital – A joint venture with Select Medical. Location Bridgeton, MO Schedule Full‑time Night 6:45p–7:15a Compensation $42.00–$60.00 per hour based on years of experience. Competitive shift differentials: $4 for nights and $2 for weekends. Part of a team of over 44,000 committed to patient care. Responsibilities Direct assigned nursing personnel; serve as resource and consultant. Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives. Maintain approved standards of patient care; collaborate for continuity of care under guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer. Help patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on individual care plans. Ensure timely and accurate documentation using EPIC. Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry. Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately. Promote continuous quality improvement. Instruct and counsel patients and families. Minimum Qualifications Valid State RN License required. BLS required at hire. Certified ACLS required within first 6 months of hire or promotion to Nursing Supervisor. Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse. One or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity. CRRN preferred.
