Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

LPN – GERIATRIC

Schedule: 8 hour nights; 11p-7a, every other weekend required.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state
• 12 months of recent LPN experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in accordance with nursing protocols
• Assist in the assessment of patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient progress and changes in condition
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
