Location: Falmouth, MA
Job Type: Travel / Contract
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week

Weekly Gross Pay: $2,000 – $2,140

Shift Details

• Rotating shifts: Days, Evenings, and Nights
• Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Night: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Flexibility to work variable shifts is required.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel contract in Falmouth, MA. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the nursing and healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patients' conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the provider.
• Monitor and document vital signs, patient symptoms, and changes in condition.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide personal care.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other basic nursing procedures.
• Accurately document patient care and clinical information in the EMR.
• Communicate patient status, changes, and concerns to the RN and healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care plans.
• Follow established nursing protocols, safety procedures, and infection-control practices.

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts LPN license/certification .
• Previous ER experience required.
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating/variable schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Commitment to completing the full 13-week assignment .
