Moose Lake Village, a Cassia senior living community in Moose Lake, MN, is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Manager to help our residents experience independence and dignity within a loving community atmosphere. As a Nurse Manager at Moose Lake Village you’ll oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position Shift Available: Day Shift: 8:30am to 5:00pm Wage Range: $38 to $42 per hour depending on experience. Location: 710 S Kenwood Avenue, Moose Lake, Minnesota 55767 Registered Nurse Manager responsibilities: Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care. Manage and assign tasks to nursing staff on the assigned unit. Work with the DON to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary. Monitor in-house transfers, transfers to other facilities, and discharge planning. Document and maintain paperwork, referral records, and reports. Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Step in to support the nursing floor and provide direct patient care when needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Registered Nurse Manager Qualifications: Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required. 2+ years supervisory experience preferred. TCU, LTC, and MDS experience preferred. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook. Strong communication and customer service skills.
