Assisted is looking for a Registered Nurse for Home Health for our Covina branch covering the east end of our market (Covina to Rancho Cucamonga). Fulltime and per diem options are available but for fulltime you will be expected to cover the west end end of our territory as well. We offer flexible scheduling!

What You Will Do:

As a Home Health RN you will deliver holistic, home health care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and you will effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.

Who You Are:

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
• Licensed as an RN
• Licensed by the California Board of Registered Nurses
• Oasis charting experience preferred
• Current CPT, Health clearance, completion of the Assisted Health Care
