- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are properly stocked and sanitized
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Record patient treatment information and update charts
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions
- Take impressions, scans, and photographs as directed
- Assist with scheduling and patient flow as needed
- Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies need to be reordered
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
- Dental Assistant certification (if required by state)
- Ideal certifications: Coronal Polishing, N2O, and Radiology
- Current CPR certification preferred
- 1+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
- Experience with Dentrix is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
