Non-Profit Director

Turabify Co. is seeking a dynamic and visionary Non-Profit Director to lead and oversee our nonprofit initiatives in Franklin, OH. • Develop and implement the nonprofit's strategic plan in alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff, volunteers, and board members.
• Oversee fundraising efforts, including grant writing, donor relations, and fundraising events.
• Manage program development, ensuring effective delivery and impact measurement.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial stability and compliance with regulations.
• Represent the organization at public events, meetings, and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit laws and best practices.

• Proven experience in nonprofit leadership, management, or development roles.
