Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN)

Position Overview Seeking a skilled LPN or RN Wound Care nurse to provide specialized skin care to residents under medical supervision. The role involves treating and managing skin disorders, collaborating with healthcare teams, and modifying treatment plans to meet residents' physical and psychological needs while adhering to medical standards and facility policies.
