What You'll Do- Assist with and leadgroup activities, special events, outings, and one-on-one engagement
- Encourage andmotivate residents to participate in meaningful, person-centered activities
- Post and maintainweekly activity schedules and record resident participation
- Provideindividualized support to residents based on interests, abilities, and needs
- Follow the householdmodel and person-centered care practices
- Collaborate with theLife Enrichment team to plan, evaluate, and improve programming
- Build positiverelationships with residents, families, team members, and volunteers
- High school diplomaor equivalent
- Previous lifeenrichment or activities experience preferred
- Compassion,patience, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to engageand motivate residents of varying abilities
- Valid driver'slicense for operating community vehicles as scheduled
- Flexible, reserve scheduling that works around school and other commitments
