Our property is growing rapidly and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! $18 per hour

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
• Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages
• Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed
• Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property
• Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required

• Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Flexible overnight hours are required
• Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus
• Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required
• Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required

The Lift Bridge Lodge is an independently owned hotel on the shores of Lake Superior. We are part of the Ascend Collection by Choice Hotels. This property has 123 rooms and is situated in the heart of Canal Park in Duluth, MN.
