P&C - Client Service Executive

Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships
- Oversee billing, aged receivables, and account performance
- Review account reports and take necessary actions
- Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with producers, managers, and internal teams
New & Renewal Business
- Lead pre-renewal strategy discussions with clients
- Manage renewal presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Negotiate terms, coverage, and premiums with carriers
- Conduct WC Experience Mod analysis and forecasting
- Deliver stewardship reports and ensure service timelines are met
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and guide team members (Associates/Assistants)
- Delegate tasks and manage team workload effectively
- Support training initiatives and knowledge sharing
- Stay updated on market trends and emerging risks
Qualification
- s6+ years of experience in commercial insurance / P&
- CActive Property & Casualty Licens
- eStrong experience in client account management and renewal
- sProven ability to negotiate with carriers and manage client relationship
- sExperience mentoring or leading team member
- sStrong analytical skills (benchmarking, budgeting, WC Mod analysis
