What You Will Do

• Lead all on-site electrical construction activities from early planning through final commissioning
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall construction timelines
• Coordinate closely with project leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners
• Supervise and mentor field teams including foremen, electricians, and apprentices
• Conduct regular site meetings to drive accountability, communication, and progress tracking
• Ensure all installations meet applicable codes, safety standards, and project specifications
• Perform inspections and enforce quality control processes across all phases of work
• Champion a strong safety culture, including training, compliance, and hazard mitigation
• Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Maintain accurate documentation including progress reports, drawings, and change orders
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless system integration across the jobsite
• Troubleshoot and resolve field challenges quickly to keep projects on track
