Prepare food according to item specifications, plan for future and mass production, manage seasonality, and adhere to food safety, sanitation, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management standards. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and support associate engagement, including use of handheld technology for production decisions, merchandise ordering, and quality monitoring. Drive area performance by stocking, rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date‑control standards, eliminating waste, and providing member service—recognizing member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving concerns. Act as a brand advocate and mentor, influencing teammates with a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style, and helping overcome roadblocks through training. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards, applying the Open Door Policy and integrating them into everyday business processes. Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks using data and resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, and partners, communicating progress, and recommending improvement opportunities. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed times if hired.
