Novant Health Urgent Care is currently looking for a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing urgent care family. The provider works with the support of our teams of patient services representatives, nurses, medical assistants, and x-ray techs to serve our diverse populations ages 6 months and above. Do You Have What It Takes? A good candidate will bring with them: APP: Master's degree in either Nurse Practitioner (with Family Nurse Practitioner specialty), or Physician Assistant Active SC licensure Active DEA and SC Controlled Substance DOT Certification 2 or more years of experience working in either family practice or urgent care setting Willing to work 12-hour shifts and weekends Willing to work at other centers as needed Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to reflect our mission, vision, and values through actions and conduct.
