Pay Rate: 80K to 100K
Full-time direct Hire onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking
- Process bi-weekly payroll and manage monthly commission calculations
- Handle quarterly sales tax filings (California) and annual filings for other states
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and conduct detailed account analysis
- Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Support audit activities by preparing documentation and providing clear explanations
- Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting tools to ensure efficient and accurate financial management
✅ Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field (U.S.-based)
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder)
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks required)
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain a reliable, consistent work schedule
