Schedule: Full-Time (40+ hours/week)

Location: Mackey's Colchester

Requirements: Must be 18+ years old

The Role

As a Service Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience while developing valuable skills in retail operations and leadership. This isn't just a jobit's a career path in a growing company where your contributions directly impact our success.

You'll make an impact by:

• Delivering exceptional customer service as the face of Mackey's
• Leading by example and mentoring team members
• Managing inventory control processes with precision
• Operating equipment including forklifts (training provided)
• Creating inspiring product displays and merchandising
• Supporting both in-store and online order fulfillment
• Contributing ideas to improve our operations

What You Bring

• A passion for customer service and problem-solving
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Desire to learn and master new skills
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment
• Availability to work one weekend day per week (with one regular weekend day off)
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (we provide training)
