This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:/pulliCompleting maintenance service requests across multiple trades./liliProviding excellent customer service and promoting a quality living experience for all residents./liliCompleting regular ProCare visits in residents homes to perform proactive maintenance and repairs./liliEducating residents regarding all maintenance topics./liliCompleting general property condition assessments at all property visits and alerting the property management team when items require immediate attention./liliReviewing and using Technician-specific reports to find opportunities for improvement./liliPerforming repairs in vacant properties while they are on-the-market or during the turn process./liliProperly using and caring for company-supplied tools, materials, and vehicles./liliPerforming other duties as assigned/li/ulh3Your Experience Includes:/h3ulliHigh School diploma or equivalent./liliOSHA 10 is required (new hires will have up to 90 days to complete OSHA 10 certification if not already certified)./liliProven experience in residential repairs and maintenance, other building maintenance or related experience./liliUnderstanding of residential construction and mechanical systems and ability to perform general repairs in some of the following: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior structural, HVAC (minor) and appliances.
