This role will manage program logistics, scheduling, enrollment, vendors, invoices, learning systems, reporting, and administrative activities. Responsibilities
- Coordinate training programs, classes, schedules, enrollment, and logistics.
- Manage vendors, invoices, budgets, and standard contract documentation.
- Support LMS and registration platforms, including rosters, evaluations, and reporting.
- Track attendance, program data, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate meetings, materials, rooms, food, and virtual sessions.
- Provide customer support to internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage multiple programs and priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, program coordination, learning operations, or related areas.
- Experience with vendors, invoices, budgets, or contracts.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint .
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or Forms is a plus.
