Build Your Future.___________________________________________________________________________________________Position OverviewWe are looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator responsible for supporting the efforts of the marketing team to carry out marketing campaigns and programs in partnership with field operations, Construction, and New Club Opening teams. Their duties include competitive due diligence, project management for interior and exterior plans, ordering promotional material, assisting in executing the annual traffic calendar and supporting campaign content and media, executing opening events, club brand audits and new store site branding.___________________________________________________________________________________________What You’ll Do:Support new club opening events and lead generation programs.Manage new club exterior and interior branding, including site branding standards.Support marketing programs and promotions across the company.Support the fitness vertical (Transformation Challenge, Launch Week, and other programs).Support field operations with menu updates, in-club signage, and promotional procurement.Support Corporate Wellness partnerships with community managers.Execute brand audits to confirm open clubs meet brand standards.Develop and execute traffic calendars — email, text, organic, and paid social — for open and new clubs.Develop promotional content across channels: email, text, organic social, direct mail, door hangers, billboards and more.Assist with social media response management and content creation.___________________________________________________________________________________________What Success Looks Like:New clubs open on-brand and on-schedule (signage, branding, and promo materials are ready before opening day)Traffic calendars run on time across every channel.Brand audits consistently show open clubs are meeting brand standards.Local store marketing programs produce measurable brand awareness and membership growth in your markets.Vendor deadlines are met with no last-minute scrambles.Operators and cross-functional partners trust you as a responsive, reliable marketing partner. ___________________________________________________________________________________________About You:You thrive managing several projects and deadlines at once.You find creative, cost-effective ways to get campaigns executed.You're organized and detail-oriented.You move fast without sacrificing brand quality or accuracy.You communicate proactively with cross-functional teams and vendors.You're resilient and adaptable when priorities or timelines shift.You take pride in representing the Crunch brand in every touchpoint.You're coachable and process-driven, always looking to improve.You are passionate about the brand and protect the standards with integrity.______________________________________________________________________Responsibilities:Partner with Field Operations, Construction, and New Club Opening teams to align marketing execution with business timelinesAnalyze available data on audience preferences and behavior to guide program decisions.Manage external vendor relationships to meet brand deadlines for club openings.Partner with frontline operators to deliver local store marketing programs that build brand awareness and membership growth.Maintain competitive due diligence to keep branding and promotions market-relevant.Contribute to company success through effective project and time management.___________________________________________________________________________________________Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.Minimum 2 years of field or brand marketing experience (preferred).Experience in Field Marketing.Expert-level organization and project management skills.___________________________________________________________________________________________Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Hubspot or similar platform (email marketing)Experience in Emplifi or HootSuite (social media management)Experience in Asana or Monday (project management)Experience in content creation and social media platforms (Instagram, Meta, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut)___________________________________________________________________________________________Travel: Up to 50% - New Club Opening Events and Open Gym SupportMust be able to travel by plane and rent a car.Must be able to drive for extended periods as needed.___________________________________________________________________________________________BenefitsSalaried Flexible PTOPaid HolidaysSubsidized health insurance coverage (health, dental, vision) for full time positionsEmployer Paid Basic Life and AD&DHSAVoluntary Supplemental Life Insurance for employee, child, and spouseFree gym membership___________________________________________________________________________________________EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERUDT is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a drug-free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.
