Job Description

Express Employment Professionals are looking for a hardworking candidate for a full time Delivery Driver/Metal Stocker/Counter Sales position for a great company that specializes in outdoor power equipment and industrial supplies in Logan, UT!

*Must be able to drive standard transmission w/ gooseneck trailer

Responsibilities for Delivery Driver/Metal Stocker/Counter Sales:

Pick up and deliver power equipment to and from customers as needed
Set up power equipment for customers and provide instruction on proper use
Perform light service work such as adjustments and tune-ups
Provide sales support to our sales team, including assisting with sales proposals, quotes, and orders
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding sales and service issues
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues and concerns
Communicate effectively with other departments within the organization to ensure customer needs are met
Work collaboratively with the Sales and Customer Service Manager to identify areas for improvement in customer service and sales support
Deliver Steel/metal and other industrial supplies/equipment
Help in yard and sales shop as needed
Make sure equipment is in operating properly before leaving the shop
Loading/unloading equipment and materials
Work independently and as part of a team
Other duties as assigned

Requirements for Delivery Driver/Metal Stocker/Counter Sales:

Able to lift up to 50+ lbs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or related field
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to drive standard transmission trucks with a gooseneck trailer
Be willing to work in inclement weather
Physically able to stand, walk, and lift
Flexible and dependable with reliable transportation
Must be able to pass background check and drug test

Compensation and Hours for Delivery Driver/Metal Stocker/Counter Sales:

Start pay for this position is $17/ hour
Flexible hours
Must be available to work occasional Saturdays
