We're partnering with a highly regarded international law firm on the search for an Events Specialist to join their growing Marketing & BD team.


In this role, you'll take ownership of planning and executing a wide range of client-facing, sponsored and internal events that support the firm's business development strategy. Working closely with partners, attorneys and senior business services leaders, you'll manage everything from client dinners and networking receptions to large-scale conferences, webinars and firmwide initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with project management and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


I'd love to speak with individuals who have an events background within a law firm or professional services environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, and confidence working directly with senior stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of client-facing, sponsored, virtual and internal events from concept through post-event analysis.

• Manage all event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, budgeting, timelines, invitations, registration, on-site management and post-event reporting.

• Partner closely with attorneys, business development and marketing teams to deliver high-quality events aligned with strategic business goals.

• Coordinate webinars, conferences and hybrid events, including technical rehearsals, event platforms and attendee communications.

• Oversee sponsorship activations and relationships with external organizations and industry associations.

• Track event performance, attendance, budgets, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve future programming.

• Research new venues, suppliers, and event trends to deliver innovative and engaging client experiences.

• Maintain accurate client data and event activity within CRM and marketing systems while ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
