Registered Nurse Acute Care - BSN / ASNWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care Floor team at a respected hospital located south of Lafayette, LA. In this role, you will provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting, overseeing the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for patients with diverse conditions. Pay: $61,331 - $82,338 Schedule: Days or NightsKey Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, including patient history and physical exams, to determine healthcare needs.Develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to each patient's medical condition, treatment goals, and ensure accurate medication administration.Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to create and execute effective care strategies.Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary, and advocate for patient well-being at all stages of treatment.Key Requirements:Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN/ASN) requiredCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of LouisianaBasic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications requiredAcute Care experience is preferredThis is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team focused on delivering high-quality patient care in an established and growing healthcare environment.
