Botanical Finance Supervisor

As the Botanical Finance Supervisor in Gallipolis, OH, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting and analysis within manufacturing operations. Your focus will be on maintaining cost accuracy, analyzing variances, and supporting decision-making processes.

· Collaborate with Operations staff to calculate Material, Labor, and Overhead costs.

· Ensure integrity of cost accounting elements.

· Analyze cost variances and profitability reports for operational review.

· Provide financial analysis and reporting for capital expenditure reviews and post-investment tracking.

· Maintain fiscal records for audits.

· Reconcile month-end closings.

· Conduct Variance vs. Budget and Forecast analysis.

· Ensure inventory accuracy and manage slow-moving inventory.

· Assist with cycle-count inventories and reconciliation.

· Support annual budget process.

· Maintain financial reporting system integrity.

· Prepare financial budgets and projections for manufacturing sites.

Requirements

· 3–7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing accounting or finance roles.

· Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

· Demonstrated experience with manufacturing site optimization is a plus.

· Knowledge or exposure to Lean principles and techniques is advantageous.
